A bronze medalist at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, American heavyweight Deontay Wilder (18-0-0, 18ko) notched up an easy victory over Dominique Alexander (20-12-1, 9ko) at the Water Oaks Farm Arena in Tuscaloosa, Alabama on Saturday, August 27. A succession of left hand jabs forced Alexander onto the backfoot in the opening round and also parts of the second while Wilder finished the fight with his hard right.
